What every plan includes

The assistant answers only calls you missed — calls you pick up never touch Onimli. It asks who's calling and what about, repeats names and numbers word-for-word to get them right, declines identified marketing calls and flags them, and sends a written summary with the caller's number. Recording is on by default with an announcement in the greeting; recordings and transcripts are deleted within 7 days.

Trial, billing and leaving

Signup asks for no credit card. The 7-day trial ends without any automatic charge. Paying is a choice you make, not a default you forgot to cancel — and when you leave, you dial the carrier's cancel code and confirm your line is back to normal with a test call.

FAQ

How much does Onimli cost?

Three plans, prices in shekels and final: Personal ₪29/month (or ₪290/year), Business ₪149/month (or ₪1,490/year), Business Plus ₪299/month (or ₪2,990/year). The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — 7 days, no credit card required, and no automatic charge when the trial ends. If you do nothing, you simply aren't billed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no commitment and no exit fee. You cancel the subscription in a click, remove the carrier forwarding with the cancel code, and verify with a test call that your line is back to normal.

What counts as an answered call?

Only calls the assistant actually answered and handled. A caller who hangs up without leaving a message is not counted against your monthly quota (40 on Personal, 200 on Business, 500 on Business Plus).

Which plan fits a small business in Israel?

Personal asks; Business also answers. Both greet in a name you choose and in your own opening sentence, ask who called and why, and send you a written summary. On Personal the assistant tells the caller nothing about the business — a customer's question is simply passed on to you. Business (₪149/month) answers it from information you write once (hours, address, what you do), asks the questions you define in advance, knows your opening hours, sends a booking link and can announce a temporary status — and handles up to 200 answered calls a month instead of 40. Business Plus adds up to 3 extra lines and an inquiry-tracking center.

How does this compare with human answering services and global AI receptionists?

Israeli human answering services are typically priced by quote or from roughly ₪89–159/month for small minute bundles (published prices, checked 1.9.2026), and full AI receptionists in Israel run ₪179–3,599/month. Global AI receptionists (around $49–$97/month) don't answer in Hebrew. Onimli covers one focused job — missed calls in Hebrew — at ₪29–299/month, final.
